Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because Ggod Body offers digital programs, coaching, appointments, and packages, the conditions may differ by product. The terms displayed at checkout form part of this policy.

Appointments

Requests to reschedule or cancel should be made as early as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged or counted as used, except when otherwise agreed.

Late Arrival

A late arrival may shorten the session so later appointments are not delayed. The full session fee may still apply.

Digital Products and Programs

Accessed or downloaded digital materials are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the product was not delivered as described.

Packages

Unused package sessions may be subject to the terms stated at purchase, including expiration dates and transfer restrictions.
